                        Today the case was fixed for filing evidence on behalf of opposite party.

                        Evidence on behalf of opposite party No.1 filed. Copy given.

                        Shri Brijesh Kumar, counsel for the opposite party has made a statement that company is ready to refund the product amount of Rs.10,000/- as litigation had harassment.

                        On the other hand, Shri Om Parkash son of Shri Aad Ram, R/o flat No. 815, Tower-N, Piyush Heights has made a statement that “I am ready to take Rs.10,000/- as compensation alongwith harassment and litigation in lum sum.:

                        On the basis of the statement of both the parties, direction is given to the opposite party to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- as compensation alongwith harassment and litigation in lumsum within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of order.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
