Record is received from Upobhokta Lok Adalat.

Today both the parties file joint compromise petition. Their respective Advocates on affidavit states that the disputes between the parties have already settled amicably out of the Court and the opposite party paid sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) only in total in terms of compromise with the complainant and the complainant has received possession of flat No.3B on the third floor situated at Premises No.65, Sisir Bhaduri Sarani, Kolkata – 700 006.

The opposite party has agreed to execute and register the Deed of Sale and complete remaining construction work of the property in question.

At this stage, both the parties pray for disposal of the case in terms of the joint compromise petition.

Fees paid correct.

Hence, it is

that the complaint case be and the same is disposed of on compromise between the parties.
