Learned counsel of opposite parties produced the copy of order dated 24/09/2015 passed by Hon’ble State Commission. In view of order of Hon’ble State Commission operation of the impugned order is stayed. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 P.M. sufficiently awaited. But none has come present on behalf of complainant. It looks that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. No further wait seems to be justified. Hence present execution application is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
