                The petitioner is present. A.R. of Op. No-2 is also present. Petitioner himself files a memo stating therein regarding amicable settlement of this  case out side of  the court. He prays for withdrawal of case . On the other hand the Op. No-2 has also filed a petition stating therein that the vehicle in question is released and they have arrived at a settlement to close the case .

The prayer of the petitioner allowed and the case is accordingly disposed of.
