            Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Neither the complainant nor his Advocate is present on repeated call. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant for adjournment of admission hearing. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the instant case anymore. Thus, the consumer case is not admitted and dismissed in limini.

In view of non admission of consumer case application dated 12.02.2021 under section 34(2)(b) of CP Act, 2019 is not tenable and rejected.

Thus MA being No. 191/2021 is disposed of.
