This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
This is complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite party. The said notice was returned with endorsement ‘no such addressee’. Hence the complainant was directed to take steps against the opposite party. When the case came up for consideration today the complainant was present and submitted that the fresh address of the opposite party is not available and hence he is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. The complainant made an endorsement on the complaint to that effect. In the above circumstances this complaint is to be dismissed as not pressed.
In the result the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
