Counsel for the parties present. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed before us a letter dated 10.05.2011 from the Secretary, Orissa State Housing Board stating that the proposal for an amicable settlement of the above dispute has been approved taking into account the deposit of Rs.55,000/- made by the respondent as per order dated 26th March 2009 of the State Commission in FA No. 322 of 2008 and as such the loan account of the respondent Smt Arati Rout has been closed. Counsel for the respondent has also placed before us the Xerox copy of the receipt of deposit of Rs.55,000/-. In view of this parties have stated that the matter may be disposed of. Accordingly, the revision petition stands disposed of with no order as to cost. The petitioner shall issue a o Due Certificateto the respondent within six weeks from today.
