Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Neither the complainant nor his Advocate is present on repeated call. It is about 12.40 PM. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case any further Thus, the consumer  complaint is not admitted and dismissed in limini. Hence,

ORDERED

That the consumer complaint is not admitted and dismissed in limini.

In view of non admission of consumer complaint, the Miscellaneous Application dated 10.12.2019 is not tenable and rejected.

Thus, MA being No. 646 of 2019 is disposed of.

                        It appears that a petition was filed by the complainant on 27.12.2019 with some prayer and the same is registered as MA/685 of 2019.

        As the consumer complaint is dismissed in limine on today, hence, the Misc. Application calls for no consideration and as such, the same is rejected. The MA being No. 685 of 2019 is thus disposed of.
