It appears from perusal of the record that, the complainant is not appearing in this case and he has not taken steps in compliance of the order passed by this Forum. Office report dated 19/07/2018 goes to show that, the complainant has not taken steps in compliance of the orders dated 27/04/2018, 05/06/2018 and 12/07/2018 therefore, there is no justification for further proceedings in this case. The case is dismissed for want of prosecution. Let record be consigned.
