Order Below Exhibit 1

      Heard the Complainant.  Perused the complaint.  The address of the Opposite Party is shown in the complaint of Om Nagar, Sahar, Andheri East, Mumbai – 400099. As the Opposite Party is having office at Andheri and the property for which the Complainant has claimed relief is also situated in Palghar District.  This Forum has therefore, no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint filed by the Complainant.  The Complainant has also requested to allow him to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Consumer Forum. The request of the Complainant is accepted.  The complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file it before the appropriate Consumer Forum.
