Dr. Hemant vs M/S Apps Daily Solutions

Present:       Sh. D.S.Tewatia, counsel for the applicant/Dh.

                     Sh. D.K.Gosain, counsel for the JD.

                   File taken up again as an application for depositing cheque filed by the counsel for the JD.  Statement of counsel for the JD also recorded separately in which he stated that “I tendered fresh cheque No. 007502 dated 14.5.2024 for an amount of Rs.3499/- drawn on HDFC Bank, New Delhi in the name of Hemant Kumar son of Sh. Satpal Arya in lieu of the previous stale cheque.”

                   Statement of counsel for the DH also recorded separately in which he stated that “I received fresh cheque No. 007502 dated 14.5.2024 for an amount of Rs.3499/- drawn on HDFC Bank, New Delhi in the name of Hemant Kumar son of Sh. Satpal Arya from JD in lieu of the previous stale cheque and withdraw the execution petition being fully satisfied.”

                   Heard. Keeping in view of the statement of counsel for the DH, execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
