Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise today  which has been
attested by this Forum  on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms
of compromise (Ex.1), complainant has received the full and final
payment  from OP and has settled the matter finally.  Both the parties
mutually decided the case and no more dispute is left between the
parties.

As  complainant has received the full and final payment from OP hence
the case is settled. Copy of this order be made available to the
parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.
File be consigned to record room.
