Sh. Dhiraj Kumar Advocate has filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite party No. 1. Statement of Sh. Dhiraj Kumar Counsel for O.P-1 recorded to the effect that the opposite party No. 1 is ready to pay Rs. 39,126/- instead of Rs. 41,611/- for claim ID No. 374454 and Rs. 20,340/- instead of Rs. 23,840/- for claim ID No. 725964 as full and final payment of above said claims within 30 days from today. On the other hand, statement of Sh. Nitin Bansal Counsel for complainant also recorded to the effect that he agree with above said statement of Counsel for opposite party No. 1, however complainant reserves his right to file claim before opposite party No. 1 qua the claim of Rs. 23,840/- i.e. third claim in the present complaint, if in case any dispute will arise then complainant will be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before this Forum. He withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant. 

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties are bound by their statements. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint qua the claim of Rs. 23,840/- i.e. third claim in the present complaint, if in case any dispute arises. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
