Today the present complaint is fixed for tendering evidence by Ops No.1 & 2 but counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before the Commission that OP-Insurance Company has settled the claim of complainant whereby OP-Company has disbursed a sum of Rs.25,00,000/-(Rs.twenty five lacs only) vide cheque No.50959 dated 06.09.2022 which is taken on record as Annexure ‘A’. Counsel appearing on behalf of complainant further stated that complainant is satisfied with the same and thus, he does not want to pursue further the present complaint and requested for disposing off the same.

                   In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being fully satisfied. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties to complaint free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
