Order No.  29  dt.  23/05/2016

Complainant was absent on 24/08/2015, 15/12/2015 & 19/04/2016 without step.

Upon such on 19/04/2016 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 23/05/2016 for filing show cause .

Today i.e on 23/05/2016 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
