Counsel for OP states that matter is already settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 5,000/-. OP has already refunded the amount to the complainant through cheque bearing no. 000051 drawn on HDFC Bank, Karol Bagh Branch in favour of ANSHU GOEL. The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
