ORDER

SRI.P.V.JAYARAJAN      : PRESIDENT

1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. The opposite parties nos. 1 & 4 entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegations raised by the complainant. As the second opposite party not appeared before this commission after accepting the notice, second opposite party was called absent and set exparte. The notice issued to third opposite party was returned unserved. Hence the complainant was directed to take steps against third opposite party. As the complainant was continuously absent and not taken any steps against third opposite party, this commission issued notice to the complainant to appear before this commission today to further proceed with this complaint. When the case came up for consideration, it is noticed that the notice issued to the complainant was served. Even after accepting the notice, the complainant failed to appear before this commission to further proceed with this complaint. Hence we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.

Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the Open Commission, this the 31st day October 2022.
