                   None has appeared on behalf of the appellant for the last two consecutive dates of hearing.  Case called several time since morning but none has put up in appearance on behalf of the appellant.  It is already 02:30 PM further wait is not justified.  Hence, the present appeal is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
