ORDER

     Heard. Record perused. Perusal of the record shows, in this complaint, complainant is not appearing and absented himself. Perusal of the record shows, notice was ordered to be served to OP No.2 & 3 for 25.04.2018. On the said date, complainant did not appear and registered notice was issued to the complainant for today. Registered notice sent to the complainant on 01.05.2018 not received back delivered or undelivered. Thus, necessary inference can be drawn that complainant has been served, but he has not appeared despite service for today. In this complaint, complainant vide order dated 25.04.2018 was ordered to take appropriate steps qua service of OP No.2 & 3. Neither the complainant appeared nor the steps taken for service of OP No.2 & 3. As such, this complaint cannot be proceeded further unless the steps were taken by complainant. We proceed to dismiss this complaint for want of appearance of the complainant as well as non compliance of the order of this Forum.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
