ORDER

            Counsel for OP No.1 made statement that the complainant may submit the I-pod set in question to OP No.4, who in turn, will get it replaced or repaired, without any charges and the I-pod will be delivered to the complainant within four weeks. He further stated that the old I-pod in question will remain with OP No.1 & 4. Counsel for complainant admitted statement of learned counsel for OP No.1 to be correct and stated that the complaint may be disposed of accordingly. Such statement has been recorded separately.

            In view of such statement, the complainant is directed to hand over the I-Pod in question to OP No.4 forthwith against proper receipt from OP No.4 and thereafter OP No.4 will repair or replace the same without any charges within a period of one month from date of receipt of I-Pod. The complaint stands disposed of accordingly. 

            Certified copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
