Today matter is listed for arguments on admission. During the arguments it reveals that the present complaint has been filed by Sarthak Mahajan who has no locus standi against OP since bill/purchase invoice is in the name of Ironclad Services. Therefore the Complaint should be filed in the name of  IronClad Services.  At the stage, Counsel for complainant wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file afresh with fresh facts. Heard allowed. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn. Limitation, if any be waived off in the interest of justice. File be consigned to record room.
