Complainant is   absent   without   step.  Opp. party is   present.  It is seen from the   record   that   complainant   was absent   without   step   on   10/8/21, 4/10/21, 26/11/21, 11/2/22, 7/4/22  ,3/6/22 &  10/8/22    although the case   has  been    fixed   for filing   evidence   on affidavit   by the   complainant. We   are of   the view   that complainant is not   interested   to proceed   with the case  . Hence, the case is  dismissed   for default.
