ORDER

     Today, vide his separate statement, Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant has stated that as per settlement and in compliance with the undertaking made in the statements on 12.10.2023, the complainant has received Rs.15,000/- through draft on 24.10.2023 from OP No.2 towards full and final settlement of the present consumer complaint and prayed that the present consumer complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
