ORDER:

                   Complainant made statement that he has received a cheque no.445642 amounting to Rs.23,200/- from the Judgment Debtors in compliance of the order under execution. His claim has been fully satisfied. His old mobile was in the custody of service centre. Original job sheet and accessories of the mobile set were handed over to the counsel of opposite party/JD.  In view of that he wants to withdraw the execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

2.                 In view of that the present application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
