Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has filed said complaint on17.03.2021.  Thereafter, the complainant did not  appeared before the commission  on  06.07.21021, 04/10/2021, 12/01/2022, 187/08/2022, and finally on 09/02/2023 matter is at initial stage and he did not complied prevous direction  Dated 12.01.2022 of this Bench till date.  It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter.  Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-appearance as well as non-prosecution.
