Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 30.03.2021. Complainant is not appearing for past two dates of hearing i.e. 08.07.2022 and 31.03.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 31.03.2023 complainant was directed to file rejoinder and evidence. Complainant failed to take steps. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
