                   Shri Amit Kumar Soni, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of OP, by filing power of attorney. Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Photocopy of the compromise deed Annexure B placed on file. He received a demand draft of Rs.35,000/-, bearing No.003997 dated 16.10.2023, Annexure C.   In view compromise, he does not want to pursue the present complaint on behalf of the complainant and withdraws the same. Photocopy of the demand draft placed on file.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the learned counsel complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
