                                      Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint pertains to the year 2021 but notice could not be issued to ops no.2 and 3 as complainant has failed to provide copies of complaint and RC etc since 05.08.2021. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
