          None present for either of the parties.

          Today is fixed for hearing of appeal. It appears that on the previous dates of hearing i.e. on 10.02.2023 and 02.09.2022 the appellant was absent.

          Today the appellant is also absent.

          So, it appears that the appellant has lost his interest to proceed with the case.

          Perused the impugned order dt. 27.12.2018 passed by Ld. DCDRC, Kolkata, Unit-II in EA/175/2016 in connection with CC/182/2016.

          In the impugned order the Ld. DCDRC Unit-II rejected the prayer for D.hr and issued W & P.A. against the warrantee fixing 14.02.2019 for E.R of W & P.A.

          We do not find any illegality in the impugned order.

          Accordingly, A/67/2019 is dismissed. The impugned order is upheld.

          There shall be no order as to the costs.

          The copy of order be sent to the Ld. DCDRC, Kolkata, Unit-II.

          Joint Registrar of this Commission is directed to do the needful in this regard.
