ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Giriraj Arora, Complainant have settled the complaint with M/s. Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co. Ltd. (OP).   M/s. Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co. Ltd. (OP)  have agreed to pay an amount of  Rs. 70,000/- to the complainant within a period of 4 weeks, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
