Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Ms. Shruti Srivastava counsel for OP-2 has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and paid an amount of Rs.7,299+ 1,620=8,919/- to the complainant as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands settled.
