Sh.S.K.Vyas, Adv.counsel for the opposite party suffered separate statement that opposite party is ready to pay claim of Rs.26000/- to the complainant in full and final satisfaction within 20 days from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Deepinder Singh,Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that he accepts the offer made by the counsel for the opposite party and withdraws the present complaint. Consequently, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Opposite party shall remain bound by the statement suffered by their counsel. File be consigned to the record room.
