Final Order / Judgement

          Present:-Shri Shyam Sundar Mehta complainant.           

                             Sh.R.P. Panwar Advocate of OP.

File taken up on joint application of complainant  and  opposite party.

In view of separate joint statement of Sh. Shyam Sunder Mehta complainant and Sh. R.P.Panwar Ld.Counsel  for OP the matter is settled between the complainant and OP and as per the settlement the OP shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,16,023/- (One lakh Sixteen thousand Twenty three) claim amount and also Rs. 7,000/- other expenses  to the complainant as full and final settlement within one month from today

In default of payment in time the OP shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of 9% per annum from date of filing the complaint till actual realization .
