ORDER

 

 

Matter is at the stage of final arguments. During the arguments it reveals that policy issuing office is at Shakti Nagar, Delhi whereas repudiation letter is also issued from the same office. Since this Commission does not have the territorial jurisdiction to decide this matter, therefore, counsel for complainant request to withdraw the matter to file the same before appropriate Commission. Request is allowed. Counsel for complainant is at liberty to collect original file from this Commission after putting the photocopies on record. Matter is dismissed as withdrawn. Limitation, if any, is waved of in the interest of justice. File be consigned to record-room.
