ORDER

Counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that he wants to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file the same fresh with better particulars. He has also prayed that the complaint be returned to him.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   The copies of all the sets of the complaint be returned to the complainant after retaining one true certified copy of the complaint for record.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
