We find from the record that complainant was lastly presented on 12.02.2020. On the last date of hearing on 09.08.2023 notice was directed to be issued. However, the same returned with remarks “LEFT”. Since the complainant is not present. Hence matter adjourned sine die. Complainant is at liberty with reviving his matter as and when the need arises.
