                Sh. Rajiv Gupta, Adv. for respondent No. 1.

                Sh. Sanjeev Gupta, Adv. for respondent No. 2.

                               

                On the basis of even date application filed by the complainant, file taken up on today. Sh. Rajiv Gupta, Adv. for the respondent No. 1 also present before the Forum. He suffered separate statement according to which matter has been compromised between the complainant on one hand and the respondent No. 1 on the another hand, according to which respondent No. 1 shall pay Rs. 16000/- only as full and final payment within 60 day. Counsel for the complainant while suffering separate statement agreed to it. In view of statement of the counsel for the complainant and counsel for the respondent No. 1, present complaint is, partly, accepted against the respondent No. 1 holding the respondent No. 1 liable to pay Rs. 16000/- (Rs. Sixteen Thousand Only) to the respondent No. 1 within the period of 60 day from today, in default of it respondent No. 1 shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of 7% per annum on the amount of Rs. 16000/- from the date of order till actual realization. Complaint qua respondent No. 2 is dismissed.
