Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that today I have received a cheque No. 050892 dated 21.7.2022 for Rs. 1,91,042/- payable in the name of Mohinder Pal complainant from opposite party as full and final payment amount and now nothing is due towards the opposite party. I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromise.”

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint id dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order will be supplied by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
