CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 7  OF  2018

ORDER

     Written statement alongwith evidence in the form of affidavit on behalf of OPs filed. Copy supplied.

     Heard. The parties have compromised the matter. As per endorsement/statement made by Sh.Sachin Ohri, Counsel for OPs on the previous order sheet itself, the OPs have agreed to pay a sum of Rs.48,219/- as full and final settlement of the medi claim preferred by complainant and they will make the payment on or before 25.05.2018. This statement is acceptable to the complainant. In view of the same, this complaint is allowed and following directions are passed:-

1. OPs will make the payment of Rs.48,219/- i.e. medi claim to the complainant on or before 25.05.2018.   
2. In case this amount is not paid before the aforesaid date, it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. from 25.05.2018 till its actual realization.

     Endorsement i.e. statement of the parties shall form a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
