Parties have compromised. Statements of Learned Counsels for both the parties recorded. In view of statements made by them, the Opposite Party no.1 & 2 are directed to pay Rs.1,11,320/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of his claim. The Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 are directed to make payment of the above said amount to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which they shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the above said amount after the expiry of said period of one month till the date of payment. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of cost under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
