Ld advocate for the complainant is present and submits his case.

Upon considering his submissions and on careful scrutiny of the entire materials on record , we find that there is no policy papers in respect of the relevant period of claim for insurance .

Under such condition this Forum feels that without the aforesaid documents the instant case cannot be adjudicated judiciously .

Upon such observation , this Forum holds that it is just & proper to reject the instant case.
