Present Counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant in person and Sh. Suman Tripathi, Counsel for OP-1 and filed compromise dated 14.09.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, the complainant will submit original medical documents, address proof, passport size photographs and final bill break-up details (item wise) on hospital letter head within 15 days from the date of this order, thereafter OP-1 shall pay a sum of Rs.2,09,569/- and Rs.5,000/- as cost of litigation towards full & final settlement to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receiptof above documents by the OP-1 from the complainant.
This order shall be complied with by OP-1 within a period of 30 days fromthe date of receiving documents failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
