1. This is to consider an application filed by the review applicants / complainants for review of the final order / judgment dated 27.02.2023 passed by this Commission in connection with complaint case No. CC/5/2023.

2. Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Perused the record. Considered.

3. Having heard both sides and on careful perusal of the record, the grounds for review application for the impugned judgment dated 27.02.2023 passed by this Commission and other documents it appears to me that by way of present review application filed under section 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the review applicants / complainants have sought for review of the order dated 27.02.2023 passed by this Commission in connection with consumer case No. CC/5/2023.

4. After going through the record and the impugned order, I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record, which calls for review of the order dated 27.02.2023 passed by this Commission.

5. Under these facts and circumstances and on consideration of the materials available on record, I am of the view that the review application is not maintainable in law and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the review application for review stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

6. The review application is, thus, disposed of accordingly.
