This consumer complaint coming up before us on 26.04.2023 for appearance of the complainant and 3rd opposite party, Joint Memo of Compromise filed and for appropriate orders and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

The 2nd Complainant in person and Counsel for the 3rd Opposite party present.

 

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by both that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in the Mediation Advisory Centre on 19.04.2023 and also a Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed by them to that effect. 

As per the compromise, the Counsel for 3rd opposite party has handed over a cheque vide No.095671 dt.09.03.2023 for a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- drawn in favour of the 1st complainant towards full and final settlement. The complainants have also expressed his full satisfaction. 

Hence, recording the Joint Memo of Compromise, this Consumer Complaint is disposed off.  The Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the order.   No costs.
