ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Counsel for OP, Ms. Charu Sachdev has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have agreed to pay a claim amount of          Rs. 62,086/- alongwith compensation of Rs. 7,000/-, as full and final settlement within a period of 15 days.   Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
