| Final Order / Judgement | Hon’ble Mr. Ajeya Matilal, Presiding Member The case is record has been received from the Hon’ble First Bench of this Commission for disposal. None appears for complainant. It is now 12:40 PM. The Ld. Advocates for the OP nos. 1 to 3 and 4 are present. It appears from order no. 37 dt. 31.01.2023 that, on that date, the complainant was absent without any steps. But the OPs were present. The Hon’ble First Bench adjourned the case for ends of justice with a cost of Rs. 500/- C.P. to be paid by the complainant in favour of SCWF. But none appears on behalf of the complainant. There is nothing on record to show the aforesaid cost was paid by the complainant in the aforesaid manner. So, we have no option but to dispose of the case for non compliance of the order passed by this Commission although today is fixed for final hearing. Accordingly, CC/20/2013 is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this Commission. There shall be no order as to the costs. | |
