As per Office report of Ahlmad, Correct Address of OP No.1 not filed sofar. Perusal of the record shows that neither the complainant nor anyone on behalf of complainant has come present for the last so many dates i.e. since 11.1.2023 and even today none has come present on behalf of complainant nor the correct address of OP No.1 was filed inspite of last opportunity. The case has been called number of times since morning, but none is present. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Hence the present complaint is dismissed due to non-prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
