Judgment and Order:

The brief fact of the case No.LMP(CP)-3/06 dtd 14/09/06 of Shri C.P. Sinha (ST) Hr Secondary School Boleng Vs The Branch Manager Apex bank Aalo is as under.

            Shri. C.P Sinha has two fix deposit Accounts No.1799 and 1797 with a credit of Rs. 78,360/- each at Arunachal Pradesh State Bank, Aalo branch. Shri C.P Sinha applied to Apex Bank Aalo for grant of loan to him against his accounts but the branch manager refused to grant loan  to shri C.P. Sinha in spite of having healthy amount in his account. 

            Shri C.P. Sinha lodged a complaint to this Dist Forum against Apex Bank Aalo for redressal of his grievance.

            Under section 13 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986, the president, Dist. Forum issued 30 days \notice to the opp. Party to give his version of the case. After completion of 30 days, Court summoned both the parties at least 7 (seven) hearings. The private counsel for Apex Bank Aalo branch Shri Todak  Ado (Advocate) appeared the hearing twice. But surprisingly the complainant Shri C.P Sinha did not appear a single day of hearing and lastly received a petition from Shri Sinha stating that he is withdrawing the case on the advice of the opp. Party.

            The matter of petition for withdrawal of the case been taken up on this 4^th Oct ’07 for discussion. After through discussion among the members of the Dsit. Forum, applicant’s prayer for withdraw has been accepted and hence case stands dismissed.
