                        Parties appeared and Sh.Aftab Singh Khara, Advocate for complainant gave statement that the complainant has received a draft of Rs.46,295/- in his favour from OP No.1 and the complainant is completely satisfied by the amount and hence withdraws the present execution application. He has placed on file photocopy of draft as well as letter of satisfaction. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
