              The parties are ready. To day is fixed for hearing. Parties file certain documents as per      firisti. Let these be kept in the record.

               The case is taken up for hearing. At this stage, Ld. Lawyer for the Ops. submit  that the complainant made security deposit of Rs.2,160/- and after deducting the total  outstanding amount of Rs.918/-, a sum of Rs.1,242/- becomes refundable to the complainant. He further submits that the complainant is at liberty to withdraw the said amount of Rs.1,242/- by making an application.

          He also submit that the Op shall re install the telephone of the complainant after making fresh application with deposit money of Rs.500/- if the complainant so likes.

             Ld. Lawyer for the complainant and also the complainant who is present today in court has no objection to such proposal but the complainant submits that he is a senior citizen and the Ops. should regret for the act of disconnection. Ld. Lawyer for the Ops submit that the JTO(Legal) is present for the Ops. and he has no objection to say sorry to the complainant.

            At this stage, the JTO (legal) who is present for the Ops. submit to the complainant that he is sorry for the inconvenience  caused to the complainant. The complainant accepts it.

            Under such circumstance we dispose of the present Case with the following direction

1. The Op shall make refund the amount of Rs.1,242/- (One thousand two hundred forty two) only to the complainant within 7 days of filing application by the complainant for refund.
2. The Ops shall install fresh telephone line with the same number which was allotted previously to the complainant if possible, within 7 days of filing application for fresh connection and deposit the amount of Rs.500/- (Five hundred) only towards fresh connection change.

Let copies of the order be supplied to the parties free cost.
